"Last year, as I was @!$%#ing and moaning about the price of oil and gas, I came across an optimistic and well written article on Wired.com, telling us about how $5.00 gas was good for America. With a title like Why $5 Gas is Good for America, I'll admit I was very skeptical.

You see, I've always had a hard time with the fluff and politics surrounding high oil prices. It used to be that oil prices rose based on supply and demand. A high demand with a short supply caused issues. Makes sense, right?"
